Welcome to TheTintWrap Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and your interactions with our website and booking platform. By placing a booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
You may be required to pay a deposit or confirm availability of materials (e.g. Chameleon Tint, wraps) before your booking is secured.
We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or supply delays.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee.
To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
Some services or materials (e.g. Steering Wheel Wrap, Interior Wrapping, Chameleon Tints) require a 1–3 working day lead time for sourcing. We will notify you once the item is in stock and ready to install.
To protect both you as the customer and us as the service provider:
We take detailed photographs of the vehicle before and after the service to document its condition.
These images are kept on file to ensure fair and transparent handling of any disputes, damage claims, or warranty cases.
We do not share or publish these images without your consent unless required for insurance, legal, or claim investigation purposes.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods as advised.
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
We take pride in our work and aim for the highest quality.
Window tints and wraps are covered by a limited workmanship warranty (length varies by service).
Warranty may be voided in cases of improper care, tampering, or misuse.

Pre-existing defects or poor surface condition
Client-supplied materials
Improper care following installation (e.g. early window operation after tinting)
All services are carried out with customer consent and an understanding of the risks involved in custom vehicle modifications.
Customers must ensure vehicles are clean and in suitable condition before service.
For services involving interior modification, vehicles should be emptied of personal belongings.
You must disclose any known issues or existing damage before service begins.
